In this world we live in, the pace, pressures of every day life can take its toll physically, mentally and emotionally. It’s paramount to maintain balance within, naturally where possible.

I’m based in Hadleigh, Essex, with over 30 years experience. I tailor my treatments based on a thorough consultation. I work from my Holistic Hut it’s has the vibe of a little sanctuary for you to switch off and rebalance, alternatively I provide home visits on select days. Originally beauty therapy trained in the early 90s my journey has lead me down the holistic route, alongside my passion for Yoga especially the breath and meditation. I love what I do and I feel this comes through in my treatments like a little magic.

ABOUT ME

FACIAL TREATMENTS

Zone Facelift

Facial treatment that is being hailed as a credible alternative to Botox and Dermal Fillers. Combining traditional reflexology methods and ancient healing techniques from American Shamans using pressure point massage, body mapping and crystals for optimum results. Duration 75 minutes.

Zone Facelift Course

Ideally 1 treatment per week over a 12 week period. Take off 10 years and lift your spirit for life. When paid in advance you will receive one and a half treatments for free and a few surprises thrown in during the 12 weeks. Available only on the 75 minute session.

Zone Facelift

A condensed version of the full treatment, combining facial reflexology and some sculpting and lifting movements. Duration 1 hour.

Bespoke Holistic Facial

Specially selected Tropic Skincare products to suit skin type. Skin will be left feeling balanced ,resurfaced,rejuvenated and glowing. Including a beautiful massage incorporating Marma Points with an Ayurvedic Kansa wand.

Facial Cupping

Using suction cups and techniques for facial lymphatic drainage reduces puffiness and dark circles. Helping reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles includes decolette. Included in Zone Facelift and bespoke facial where necessary.

Holistic Therapies

Following a consultation a range of treatments can be tailored to suit your needs and what’s presenting itself in the moment and what lingers from the past which effects our energy flow and manifests physically.

Reflexology

Ancient therapy working on the zones of the body via pressure points on the feet. Has many benefits and can help to treat many ailments as it treats all the systems of the body, removing blockages and encouraging a natural healing process.

Facial Reflexology

Award winning Bergman Method focuses on reflex points on the face stimulating the bodies healing mechanism with the added benefit of a more radiant and firmer complexion.

Combined Reflexology

Split treatments on face/feet top to bottom heaven.

Reiki

Spiritual healing working on energy channeling and the chakra system. Beneficial on a spiritual, emotional and physical level.

Massage

Will use the time and treat where there’s preference or where is needed nothing is set in stone. Using various techniques including Miofascia release techniques. Deep Tissue using upper body strength and arms, energy and breath.

Aromatherapy

Using Doterra high quality pre blended or personally blended. Can be used in massage medium or in creams for other treatments depending on what’s presenting on treatment day.

Hot Stone Massage

Using heated basalt stones to massage and for placement. A deep physiological, energising experience.

Indian Head Massage

Treating upper body, scalp and face. Working on energy and specific points relieves tension headaches and sinus problems. Oil free.

Crystals

Used for their energetic properties again for encouraging natural healing. These will be used in accordance with findings in consultation and what’s presenting on appointment day, used in conjunction with other therapies.
